Account Manager (AM) – The Client’s Voice

Start: 6:00–8:00 AM – Order Check & Priority Setup

  • Starts the day based on when orders are submitted via our client portal

  • Reviews input links, confirms file counts, request types, and specific notes

  • Clarifies unclear or missing information before assigning orders

8:30 AM – Order Assignment

  • Manages high-priority or urgent tasks

  • Assigns jobs to editors based on availability and specialization

  • Clarifies requirements with editors when needed

Midday – Internal Coordination

  • Communicates with clients to update order progress or resolve questions

  • Reviews completed orders and identifies issues with QC or senior editors

  • Updates internal checklists and processes for continuous improvement

End of Day – Delivery Prep & Follow-Up

  • Reviews all completed orders passed by QC, verifies output quantity and format

  • Marks orders as complete and sends final delivery URLs to clients

  • Coordinates with the team to ensure no orders are missed

  • Collects and reviews client feedback


Photo Editor – The Creative Technician

Start: 9:00 AM – Order Review & File Prep

  • Reviews feedback from previous orders and prepares improvements with QC

  • Opens assigned tasks, checks instructions, and downloads files

  • Verifies file count, input quality, and editing requirements

Midday – Deep in Editing

  • Performs HDR blending, white balance correction, window masking, line straightening, and more

  • Applies photographer-specific preferences saved in the CRM

  • Collaborates with the AM if additional clarification is needed

End of Day – Upload & Documentation

  • Exports final files in required formats

  • Uploads and hands over edited files to the QC team for review


QC Specialist – The Final Checkpoint

Start: 8:30 AM – Order Review & Feedback Analysis

  • Reviews customer feedback from previous orders

  • Prepares quality improvement plans in coordination with editors

  • Checks all assigned orders: input file count, output file count, client requirements (stored in CRM)

Midday – Quality Control Begins

  • Carefully reviews completed orders from editors

  • Verifies exposure balance, alignment, lighting, object removal, and overall consistency

  • Confirms alignment with the photographer’s editing style and notes

  • Provides feedback or requests re-edits if necessary

  • Makes small corrections directly when needed

  • Notifies AM if any delays are anticipated

End of Day – Final Approval & Delivery

  • Marks files with “PASSED” status upon completion

  • Uploads final files to client delivery folders and informs AM
