How Our Process Works

Here’s how our process works to ensure top-quality output:
1 – Account Manager (AM) receives the request from the client, checks the input and output requirements, request type (single, multi-ambient, day to dusk, virtual twilight, etc.), and clarifies requirements (if needed) with the client. Then, the AM assigns the editing task to our experienced photo editors and creates a task for QC to review the client’s requirements.
2 – Photo Editors handle the editing task with precision, ensuring all client specifications are met.
3 – Quality Control (QC) reviews the output against a detailed requirement checklist, ensuring every detail is addressed, such as additional retouch requests (replacing TV screens, adding fire to fireplaces, replacing skies, etc.), the total number of outputs, and the correct output format.
4 – If the output is qualified by QC, the Account Manager (AM) ensures the total number of outputs and the format are correct before delivering the final product to the client.
